
Payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Check or Money Order. Please allow 10 days for Personal Checks ($25 Service Charge on all returned checks) and of course, cash payments are always accepted in person.
Business area: We ship to all 50 U.S. States, U.S. Territories, APO Boxes and Canada. Orders outside this area will be shipped on a case-by-case basis. Please call if details are required.
Shipping methods and rates: Unless otherwise specified, all orders will be shipped FedEx (3-4 days to most locations). Shipping is based on weight and location and determined by FedEx. We do not mark up any shipping costs, ever! (We prefer FedEx as we have used all major shippers in the past. To this point, we have yet to have anyone call and say their package did not arrive, or has arrived in a condition similar to being dropped from a 10 story building…football anyone?)
Damaged shipments: Please inspect the general condition of the package when you accept it. In the event you do receive a damaged shipment, notify the delivery person. Call or e-mail OSP to notify us of the damage and we will make every effort to send you a replacement item.
Hot summer months, butters and shipping: Between the months of May through September, we do not recommend shipping of our body butter blends of products. They are pure butters and will melt. However, if you insist because you cannot resist them, we do understand and we will ship per your request. However, we are not responsible if they arrive in a melted butter condition. Still, they are shrink wrap-sealed and still good. So, just pop them in the fridge or freezer for 30 min. or so to return them to a semi-solid. Use and enjoy!
Back orders: Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. If an item is not in stock, we will ship it when it is available (no additional shipping charges to you). If a long delay is expected, we will contact you, giving you the option of continuing the backorder, or canceling the item. (Typical items on backorder are usually our body glows, body mud and cellulite treatment creams…they seem to just fly off the shelf…however, a plan is currently in process to step up production, to help keep us all looking smooth and beach-body ready!)
Changes to orders that ship: Orders are processed as they are placed. Any changes to orders after processing are subject to new shipping charges.
Shelf life, care and keeping it fresh!: Opulent Spa Products will retain their high quality for approximately 6 to 12 months from the time you receive them. Our products don’t have forever shelf lives, but do have a reasonable shelf life given the purity of the ingredients. Since our products do not contain chemical preservatives, please ensure that water/bacteria do not enter product containers. Q-tips and mini spatulas are great applicators, i.e., for facial moisturizers, body glows and butters. Any products that require dipping into…Products will keep best in cool, dark conditions. In other words, away from direct sunlight, a window ledge or other heat source. This will ensure the product’s quality and a longer shelf life. After 12 months, the product’s shelf life may start to diminish; however, in most cases it is still safe to use. Still, they will not have the same potency, scents and therapeutic quality as the fresher products.
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your product purchase, please return the unused portion for an exchange or product credit within 10 days, less shipping charges. There are no refunds given on product purchases. Once the products leave our facility they cannot be resold, so please choose your products carefully and it's always better to go with a smaller size if you're not sure. Please call or e-mail us to provide your reason for return, and to obtain a return authorization. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization. Please repackage the products and return to OSP. Once we receive the items, you will receive a replacement item or a credit coupon within 5 to 10 days. Again, we are not liable for shipping on returned items.
Product information, and important to note: People can have sensitivities to anything, at any time. Due to this fact, we cannot control whether an individual will have an allergic reaction to any of our products. If you do experience an allergic reaction, discontinue use of the product immediately. If you are uncertain of particular ingredients (all ingredients are listed on every product) do patch tests* the first time you use a product. If an adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately. Our products are for external use only. *Patch Test-Apply a small amount of the product to clean skin on the inside of your elbow. Cover with a bandage and leave for 24 hours. If a rash or redness appears, do not use the product. If any product get into your eyes, flush with water immediately. If any irritation occurs, consult a physician immediately.
